Another Burst of Effort
Recently I've pursued the Boulton story with renewed enthusiasm by following up many leads in British newspapers of the period 1750-1800. It has clarified many points about the involvement of George Boulton and Thomas Willson with two of London's famous coaching inns (Swan with Two Necks, Lad Lane and Golden Cross, Charing Cross) and the development of the mail coach service in the UK. I'm still attempting to determine their families of origin.
